Troubleshooting

Start here for common questions around scanning, imports, and follow-up generation.

The scanner isn't opening

Check that Met has Camera permission in iOS Settings → Met → Camera. If it does and the scanner still won't load, force-quit Met and reopen. You can still capture contacts via Manual Add in the meantime.

Follow-up drafts aren't generating

Draft generation requires an internet connection. If you're on airplane mode or conference WiFi, wait for a better connection and try again. If the problem persists, email support@sailquery.com.

Imported contact looks incomplete

That usually means the original source had limited data. You can edit the contact in Met and add context, tags, and notes manually.

Signature import missed a field

Try pasting the signature as text instead of using an image. You can also correct the fields directly on the review screen before saving.
