About Met

Met is a contact capture and relationship management app for iOS, operated by Met ("we", "us"). Met helps you capture people you meet, add context, and draft follow-up messages. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Met app and any related services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Met. By using Met, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

You may sign in via Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@sailquery.com.

Free tier and usage limits

Met offers a free tier that includes:

• Up to 25 contact captures
• Up to 10 generated follow-up drafts

Free tier limits are per account and apply to the lifetime of the account unless reset by an active Pro subscription. We reserve the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice.

Met Pro subscriptions

Met Pro is a paid subscription that removes capture and follow-up draft limits. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store:

• Monthly, $6.99 per month
• Annual, $49.99 per year

Prices are current as of the effective date above; the App Store always displays the exact price at the point of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Met to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass other people
• Capture or store contact information without the knowledge of the person concerned, in violation of applicable law
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from Met's backend in unauthorized ways
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Generated content

Follow-up drafts and contact summaries produced by Met are machine-generated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing any message before sending it. Met does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or business suitability of generated content. Do not send messages you have not read.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the contact information, notes, and drafts you create in Met. By using Met, you grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the service, for example, to store and transmit your data to generate follow-up drafts.

Third-party integrations

Met integrates with Google (Gmail, Google Calendar) and Apple (Sign in with Apple, Contacts, Calendar). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimer of warranties

Met is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular business outcome, reply rate, or deal result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Met's total liability to you for any claims arising out of these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by updating this page. Continued use of Met after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple App Store)

The following applies if you obtained Met through Apple's App Store, in addition to the terms above.

• Scope of license, You are granted a non-transferable license to use Met on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
• Maintenance and support, We (Met), not Apple, are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for Met. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
• Warranty disclaimer, In the event of any failure of Met to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Met, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of Met.
• Product claims, Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Met or your possession and/or use of Met, including but not limited to product-liability claims, claims that Met fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation.
• Intellectual property, In the event of any third-party claim that Met or your use of Met infringes that party's intellectual-property rights, Met (not Apple) will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Third-party beneficiary, You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and that upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
